楼主的身材从小到大都在微胖界和胖之间徘徊，圆脸、粗臂、水桶腰，而且还是个肉食动物。成年后最瘦的时候82斤，最胖的时候，也就是现在，97斤！ 
体重不过百，不是平胸就是矮！没错，楼主我就是矮，这些年不但没能竖着长，还任由它横着长了十几斤。 
 
 
多年来，楼主也尝试过无数次各种方法的减肥 
这里我要用血泪经验告诉大家一件事： 
千万不要吃减肥药！ 
 
 
楼主自己亲身经历过的一次吃减肥药，是备受好评的某减肥产品，好像是个什么左旋肉碱，因为太久了，已经记不得品名。 
简单的说就是吃了之后确实瘦了，但是整个人都脱水了，吃不下饭睡不着觉，最后虚脱了~ 
那时医生也好心告诉我，减肥没有捷径！除了控制饮食和运动，其他方法都不可取！ 
偏偏楼主又是个吃货+懒癌晚期，所以每次减肥都以失败告终。

这起止是改变了外貌，整个气质，甚至年龄都好像变了好吗？！ 
看看第三张图，胖的时候明明就是个大妈啊！ 
看完这个帖子后，我陷入了深深的沉思。 
 
 
为什么别人能做到，我就做不到！ 
难道我就真的瘦不下来吗？就一次！一次都不行吗？！
