既然今天登录了，就多打几个字罗嗦一下。<br>
两个问题：<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;问题一：家里一老人，为某供销社退休职工，去年生病需要外出手术，才知道共产党“全民医保”的阳光并未普照到他老人家，国家企事业单位职工医保政策他无福享受，就连农村和城市居民那么廉价的医保政策也与他无缘，我想请问行政效能，5000多的医疗费我们该找谁报销？老人们老了，病患也会越来越多，以后怎么办？让他们继续在那被医保遗忘的角落？<br>
&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;问题二：我的父母属于火车站拆迁农转非居民，第一次知道市政府出了专门征对征地农转非人员的养老保险的大好政策，就迫不及待地复印了文件告诉了父母，打听起秀山的执行情况，叮嘱父母千万注意别错过。可一年多时间过去了，别的区县受益的居民早已领到钱生活有了保障，我父母却拿着钱找不到政府缴纳，再问行政效能，这一政策秀山是如何执行的？这些是否属于可以投诉的范围？是否可以算做行政不作为呢？<br>
