style="font-size:16pt">月19日7点40分，供水部接到事故报告。立即启动应急预案，启用老鹰岩备用水厂临时供水。由于这次灾害持续时间长达一个月，而老鹰岩水厂供水能力有限，不能完全保障县城供水，决定采取分片区分时段供水，其应急供水方案如下：</font></font></font></p><p
