饶禹）9月14日，县委书记代小红与陶正信、陈加义、杨再明、傅彪、万里、欧吉等县领导调研武陵大道。施工现场，代小红对该项工程前期工作给予充分肯定，并勉励工人再苦战15天，确保武陵大道在9月30日前实现单幅通车。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3"> </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">修路是件大事，秀山交通史上有两件大事，一是渝怀铁路开通，二是渝湘高速路开通。武陵大道是联系城区道路、高速公路与铁路的纽带，历经5年时间，凝聚了多届领导的心血，前期工作值得肯定。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3"> </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">武陵大道全长5.008公里公里，起点接秀山火车站站前广场，终点与渝湘高速公路秀山互通A匝道相连，使秀山城区道路、高速公路与铁路三者形成一个整体式交通网络，设计路宽44米，双向六车道，是秀山近年来单项投资最大、标准最高的一条城市骨架道路。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">该工程自2009年4月底全面开工建设以来，经过工程建设指挥部、工程业主方和施工方的共同努力，工程建设扎实有效推进。截至目前，武陵大道路基的四个合同段除人行道外均已竣工；两叉河大桥现正在抓紧架设最后一跨箱梁；路面工程现已完成工程量的85%。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">“前几天下班后我曾来这里看过。”渝湘高速公路重庆段开通在即，代小红很关心武陵大道修建进展。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">代小红说，修路是件大事，秀山地处重庆西南端，距主城很远，能拉近跟主城距离的唯有道路。渝怀铁路和渝湘高速公路先后开通为秀山经济社会发展带来前所未有的机遇，是秀山的两件大事，作为连接城区、高速路和铁路的武陵大道地位突出。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">代小红对武陵大道工程项目前期建设工作表示肯定。她说，从开始筹备酝酿到现在，武陵大道建设历经5年之久，是前几届县委政府千辛万苦共同努力的结果，凝聚了他们很多心血。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">施工现场，代小红向重庆富丽建筑有限公司，即两叉河大桥承建单位负责人详细了解工程进展情况，听取施工过程中有什么困难需要帮助解决。当了解到挡墙弃土运送会污染路面，影响进度时，代小红勉励工人说，秀山地理环境好，施工条件在市内处于中上水平，希望他们充分发挥技术水平和现场组织能力，克服可能出现的困难，顺利完成预期任务。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">该工程承建单位负责人表示，将加快工程进度，保障武陵大道9月30日前实现单幅通车。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:center"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3"> </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">道路连着经济，不能只为了修路而修路，在前期工作基础上，我们要接过前几届县委政府交给的重担，做好管网铺设、道路和护坡绿化、完善市政设施建设三件事，提升道路档次，带动两旁经济发展。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3"> </font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">道路连着经济。代小红说，我们不能只为了修路而修路，修好一条路，关键得看能不能带来经济效益，能不能带动周边经济发展。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">武陵山腹地特有自然景观、少数民族神秘文化对于重庆市民都很有吸引力，是秀山特有的旅游资源。渝湘高速路开通，与主城距离会大大缩短，秀山经济发展更会迈出一大步。代小红说，秀山明天将在重庆市区召开新闻发布会，借高速路开通的有利时机，启动新一轮旅游开发。9月30日，重庆主城将有上千辆旅游车辆从高速路来洪安旅游，这对提高秀山对外影响力及旅游业宣传造势是一次很好的机遇。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">“两旁人行道预留多宽？”“管网下地了没有？”除了工期外，代小红对道路绿化和设施配套也很关心，不时向分管领导了解道路配套设施规划和实施情况。看到道路中间和两旁都有绿化带时，代小红不禁赞叹武陵大道景观不错，很漂亮。</font></font></font></p><p style="line-height:30px;text-indent:2em;text-align:left"><font face="宋体"><font style="font-size:10.5pt"><font size="3">前5年辛苦工作已经打下坚实的基础，我们要接过上几届领导交给的重担，做好道路环境美化工作。代小红要求负责该道路的领导，要在前期工作基础上做好管网铺设、道路和护坡路段绿化、完善市政设施三件事，把武陵大道打造成城市景观大道，着力提升道路档次，带动道路两旁土地开发。</font></font></font></p></td></tr></tbody></table>
