手机当遥控板，电视可以上网播放3D大片……<font color="#0000ff">中国电信</font>重庆公司昨日宣布，全面启动“点亮光小区”活动，为我市主城区和各区县用户提供20兆及以上带宽的光纤宽带接入服务，随着网速的爆发式提高，将实现手机、电视和电脑的互动和融合，我市将跨入三网融合时代。<br>
带宽涵盖三种接入速度<br>
“我们将在重庆率先采用以FTTH为主的光纤宽带技术，实现我市家庭达到20兆以上的接入带宽能力，满足市民网络需求，全面提高我市信息化水平，实现手机屏、电视屏、电脑屏的‘三屏融合’。”重庆电信总经理汤淇介绍说，目前我市固定宽带接入主要采用以ADSL为代表的铜缆宽带技术，在带宽提升上存在瓶颈效应，出现网速慢，娱乐打游戏时，电脑死机，电视机无法顺畅地播放网络电影等问题。据悉，光纤宽带就是把要传送的数据由光信号转换为电信号进行通讯。在光纤的两端分别都装有“光猫”进行信号转换。光纤是宽带网络中多种传输媒介中最理想的一种，它的特点是传输容量大，传输质量好，损耗小，中继距离长等。光纤宽带和ADSL接入方式的区别就是：ADSL是电信号传播，光纤宽带是光信号传播。<br>
今起，重庆电信将在我市启动光纤宽带接入服务，带宽目前涵盖20兆、50兆甚至100兆三种接入速度，满足市民多样化的需求。<br>
打雷闪电可正常看电视<br>
“光纤的防干扰性能好，闪电、打雷时，安装光纤宽带的用户可以正常观看电视节目。”重庆电信副总经理廖碧成介绍说，光纤不受强电干扰、电气信号干扰和雷电干扰，抗电磁脉冲能力也很强，所以在传输信号时不仅高速，而且信号稳定。光纤工作频率比目前电缆使用的工作频率高出8~9个数量级，故所开发的容量大。<br>
同时一般通信电缆要耗用大量的铜、铅或铝等有色金属。光纤本身是非金属，光纤通信的发展将节约大量有色金属，传输带宽2M起，根据用户需求带宽可以达到千兆或更大的带宽，可根据用户对不同速率的需求，实现高速上网或企业局域网间的高速互联。同时由于光纤接入方式的上传和下传都有很高的带宽，还适合开展远程教学、远程医疗、视频会议等对外信息发布量较大的网上应用。<br>
20兆每月费用200元左右<br>
昨日新闻发布会后，记者随工作人员来到我市江北区鲁能小区31栋周先生家，这是我市首户安装20兆光纤宽带的体验用户。记者在现场看到，光纤宽带接入周家后，在门的上方安装一个带无线路由的“光猫”，实现了电视、电脑和手机的融合。<br>
“你看我的智能手机可以遥控电视，还可当手柄玩<font color="#0000ff">赛车</font>游戏。”周先生说，通过集高速光纤宽带、高清互动电视和智能手机等多种信息服务为一体，实现了真正意义的“云家庭”，因为笔记本电脑、智能手机、<font color="#0000ff">iPad</font>、高清电视甚至各种智能家电都可以通过光纤+WiFi+3G方式连接到互联网，不仅大大提高电脑网速，打游戏、浏览网页速度快，不“卡”了，还可将儿子正在学校踢球的画面传到家里的电视屏幕上，一家人共同分享。<br>
国家计算机网络应急技术处理协调中心重庆分中心主任谢红华介绍，随着重庆电信光纤宽带接入服务的启动，进一步推动我市社会信息化进程，全面提升城市的智能化水平，实现了电信网、广播电视网、互联网的融合，标志着我市家庭正式跨入三网融合时代。<br>
