<font style="font-size:15pt">（二）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">、单位参赛队数限报</font><font style="font-size:15pt">1</font><font style="font-size:15pt">队。每支队伍可报领队</font><font style="font-size:15pt">1</font><font style="font-size:15pt">人、副领队</font><font style="font-size:15pt">1</font><font style="font-size:15pt">人、教练员</font><font style="font-size:15pt">1</font><font style="font-size:15pt">人、联络员</font><font style="font-size:15pt">1</font><font style="font-size:15pt">人、运动员人数限</font><font style="font-size:15pt">50</font><font style="font-size:15pt">人。每名运动员可报</font><font style="font-size:15pt">4</font><font style="font-size:15pt">个单项参赛。</font><br>

<font style="font-size:15pt">（三）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">、参赛运动员必须持《户口簿》原件或第二代身份证原件，参赛运动员须出具县级以上医院开的健康体检证明，否则不得报名参赛。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:15pt">（四）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">为保证参赛安全，所有参赛运动员都必须正确佩戴护具，并办理参加本次比赛的意外伤害保险方可接纳报名参赛，轮滑鞋，护具等器材必须适合速度轮滑竞赛的特点和需要。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:15pt">（五）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">、参赛运动员的参赛资格必须符合总规程要求，否则不得报名参赛。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:18pt">七、</font><font style="font-size:18pt">竞赛办法</font><br>
<font style="font-size:15pt">（一）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">、速度轮滑：采用</font><font style="font-size:15pt">2013</font><font style="font-size:15pt">版《速度轮滑竞赛规则和裁判通则》。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:15pt">（二）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">、自由式轮滑：采用</font><font style="font-size:15pt">2013</font><font style="font-size:15pt">版《自由式轮滑竞赛规则和裁判通则》。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:15pt">（三）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">、趣味钻杆：只有轮滑鞋着地的基础上，以顺利通过限高杆最低位置为胜。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:15pt">（四）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">、各参赛运动队队员必须身着统一服装，正确佩戴轮滑比赛号码布参加入场式（或开幕式），必须身着统一比赛服参赛。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:18pt">八、</font><font style="font-size:18pt">录取名次</font><br>
<font style="font-size:15pt">（一）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">、按《总规程》规定执行。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:15pt">（二）</font><font style="font-size:15pt">、如各单项不足</font><font style="font-size:15pt">8</font><font style="font-size:15pt">人的组别，则按实有报名人数减一录取。报名不足</font><font style="font-size:15pt">3</font><font style="font-size:15pt">人（队），取消该项比赛。</font><br>
<font style="font-size:18pt">九、</font><font style="font-size:18pt">经费</font><br>
<font style="font-size:15pt">各参赛队队员比赛期间食、宿及往返交通费自理。</font>
